At Mint Collectables, we stand by the authenticity and quality of every sports card and piece of memorabilia we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, tamper-evident packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original protective sleeve or case and pack it securely in a sturdy box with bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our grading experts verify the item's condition and seal integrity, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
